The Japan DAO Association, JDA, is developing a learning and job-matching platform based on the DAO community on the Polygon and Dfinity blockchains that directly connects DAOs with each other and provides software engineers, creators, marketers, and investors with many encounters and quick business opportunities that transcend job boundaries and positions.

What we propose to address the shortage of human resources in the blockchain industry is to provide workers, mainly creators and software engineers, with the skills and the place for practices to become active in DAOs by utilizing decentralized organizations on the blockchain that enable Pear to Pear transactions. JDA also provides a place for training of talented community managers and influencers as well as creators and software engineers, which are in short supply in the industry. To those who want to work at DAOs, mainly creators, software engineers and students from all over the world, JDA will provide them as a DAO with the skills and practices to be active at DAOs.
